Luci-isms

Today was HARVEY day.

That's Harvey and his Mommy, Tori, with Luci.
Isn't he adorable?  Really an angel.

Luci has been so excited to meet baby Harvey.  Tonight she was in Seventh Heaven!

She was Harvey's entertainment, and he, hers.
Here is Harvey when he got his first look at Uncle John.
Harvey did warm up to Uncle John, and this was the sweet face we saw most of the time tonight:

 Luci-isms from today:

He's older than I was when I was a baby.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aunt Quinet told us to grab our buns to make our own hamburgers.  I grabbed Luci's bottom and said, I've got Luci's buns!" and she got mad at me!
Mom!  Don't say that in front of the baby!  It's a bad word!
Grandpa and Grand-Je's House
On the way home from Williamsburg, we got a little nuts. Here is Luci with her Happy Meal Helmet on...
Bryan entertained Grand-Je and me with some songs...
Luci picked a daffodil and wanted it in her hair...
And JT tried out the doggy-door.
John, Bryan, Luci, Suzi (the dog! not me) and Grandpa put together an umbrella...
Luci was not happy that Daddy didn't follow the directions.
But the umbrella works anyway--as you can see, it folded up nicely on JT.
Luci wanted to re-plant her daffodil and Grand-Je helped her.
We loved seeing John's folks. Thank you, Willinghams for the hospitality!
Grandpa and Gran-Je
We had a big time on weekend, going to Jemison to see John's folks. Jeanne's son, Frank, and his wife, Cindy, were there. It was a good visit. Everybody looked good and the kids all behaved. John and JT spent the night, while I brought Bryan and Luci home with me. Asthma, and Divide and Conquer. That's all I have to say about that.
This Week
On Tuesday, John's folks were visiting family Cullman (1 1/2 hours from us). I took Bryan and Luci down there, and we had a nice visit. Here are Uncle Joe, Aunt Patty, Olen, Jeannie and Aunt Violet (Joe's wife). Joe, Patty and Olen are siblings.
After lunch, we went to Joe and Violet's house. Uncle Joe took Bryan and Luci out on the Mule. Luci had a good time, which surprised me, since she won't even ride on a carousel. I love that haircut on Luci!
Also this week: Luci is trying her hand at doing make-overs on her dolls. Which includes haircuts, until I caught her. Somewhere in our house is a Cinderella Barbie doll with very short hair.
