What was your rationalization for choosing your local public school for your children?
Today the woman who asked me that about our choosing to homeschool didn't even have children. She's older than I am and has a dog and a cat.
And she's critical.

To that I might have answered "Because I didnt like getting up in the morning to get the kids on the bus." Some people....

I am glad that I don't get a lot of questions like that. In fact, it's been years since anyone has said anything negative.

Grrr... there are positives and negatives to EVERY SINGLE schooling choice. Some people just irk me to no end - and I send my daughter to PUBLIC SCHOOL.
