Two of Luci's favorite movies are Eloise at the Plaza and Eloise at Christmastime. Luci seems to have a lot of Eloise in her--which can go either way. Two quotes from Eloise are so appropriate to homeschooling:
I don't go to school. School comes to me.
Nanny says, "Life experience is the best education there is."

If you cut off the second part of the first Eloise saying, you'd have what my girls used to say when they were little. Someone would ask them, "Where do you go to school?" They'd reply, "We don't go to school."!!!
I love those, we have never seen Eloise.
